For more than 14 years he has worked as deputy director of civil protection. He studied Technical Industrial Engineering and holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Engineering. Moreover he holds a Higher degree in occupational risk prevention and has completed an Advanced Program in Local Public Management between others.
