Vítor Moreira, holds a degree in Management and postgraduate in Audit and Management Control and is currently Municipal Director in the Municipality of Vila Nova de Famalicão. He is directly responsible for auditing and quality management and coordinates all activities related to territorial planning and its articulation with the areas of security and civil defense.
